Administrator: Ultimate Insurance Solutions/Ultimate Pet Partners

Formed in 2001, Ultimate Insurance Solutions (UIS) opened a specialist pet insurance claims administration division in 2003. Through a highly specialist claims system and experienced veterinary nurses UIS provides first class customer service and exceeds the standards set by the insurance companies who outsource claims to UIS. By the end of 2008 UIS had processed in excess of 275,000 pet insurance claims totalling more than £65 million.

Ultimate Pet Partners is the division of UIS that look after both the bespoke and Vetsure policies for TVIS.

The Hollard Group

Hollard has its roots in South Africa where it has been operating since 1980 and is currently the largest independently owned and the third largest insurance group in the country. Petsure Australia has developed into the leading Australasian pet insurance provider with 12 brand partnerships that include The RSPCA and Merial.
