• Based on the Vetsure policy prices we present to you, if both parties wish to proceed we will draw up contracts for you to become Appointed Representatives of Vetsure Pet Insurance.

• We will provide your team with access to our web-based training package. This will include a training video and a multiple-choice test. Your staff will be able to access all these online at their convenience. Because training is internet-based, each trainee can take the programme at a time and location that suits his or her shift. You can easily incorporate the training session into staff induction programmes, so that even new employees are on board straight away.

• We then agree a start date and launch!
