Veterinary Accredited Counsellor

The successful promotion of any pet insurance range requires confidence and understanding of a subject that has become increasingly complex in recent years. To help nurses and receptionists, who are at the front-end of promoting pet insurance in most practices, we have launched the Vetsure Accredited Counsellor (VAC) scheme. As part of the scheme, reception and nursing staff are invited to join a training day which will result in formal certification and accreditation.
