It's all about the people! Think Tank 3 is here!

I have great pleasure in providing details of our next Think Tank event to be held on the 14th/15th March at the Leicester Marriot.   After two incredibly successful Think Tank events last year we wanted to offer a new angle to the group.  In this Think Tank, ‘It’s all about the people!’.  As such we will focus on three cornerstones to your business: leadership, team motivation and delivery of service offering that is aligned with the needs of the client and not necessarily, what vets and vet teams want to deliver.

A new horizon for Buying Groups...

2011 saw a explosion in the number of buying groups coming onto the market.  All at a time when suppliers are increasingly questioning the value of buying groups and introducing new strategies for dealing with the 'buying group challenge.'

At the same time, Total Vet Solutions launched an alternative approach which has achieved incredible success.  "The whole model needed a shake-up" explains Total Vet Solutions MD, Ashley Gray.  "The whole industry needs to work together to mutual benefit and create genuine value for the vet (and pet owner).  Any model which simply seeks to exploit the channel cannot expect longevity."
